Of course other components aside SSD do matter to help system to reduce lag, that goes without saying.

Before I jump into any conclusion then lemme ask you something. Are you implying that two PCs with the exact same specs where the only difference is one running on Windows and the other is on iOS, the one running on Windows would lag?
