For 22 Storey, a roof tank would be required for cold water distribution. Usually incoming water would flow into suction tank at lowest most floor, and from there pump upward to the roof tank.

An intermediate break tank would be introduced at certain level of floor if the building exceed certain height.

And for a good developer, booster pump with a standby would be used for 3-4 top most floor, the pressure servicing the 5th highest floor and below shall be good enough from direct roof tank..

If you're at highest unit, and pressure running low, check the roof pump...

Want to know more, PM me....haha

If install a booster pump in the meter closet, just for 1 unit, will it affect water pressure for other units on the same floor?

Something like this
