looking at the density and absolute amount of units, it is either you enter at first phase or be prepare to be slaughtered by developer if they couldn't sell the subsequent phases.

Just a throw stone away, IJM will launch their Riana Dutamas's first phase from RM350K. Total unit is 1k and the size ranging from 650-11XXsqft
There will be at least 5-6k units on this stretch of road just from this Era + Riana Dutamas alone. |
