Eh not really, my grandma's house is right there near the KTM station (but the other side). We're always affected when it's flash flood (Sudden really heavy rain). Previously it was worse and got flood every time it rained. Now sometimes only . Also segambut is safe from the last Dec flood, since I think the river is good enough for long duration rain, just need to improve on the resistance of flash flood. Also the images is nowhere near the Era, the bridge is Jalan Kuching. It's near Riana, even their showroom kena in one of the images. (the one that got myvi)

Hit the banjir no. Affected by the jam because it happened further front, maybe. Even Jalan Kuching itself may banjir in flash flood. Near bukit tunku/ktm tracks area there.

The thing about flash flood around this area is it recedes fairly quickly. Like in 1 or 2 hours, it'll start flowing back to the river.
