Yep, I agree on that. The back access will surely help in bypassing the Jln Segambut jam, that's for sure. Plus the road going underneath the Segambut roundabout towards the city is pretty smooth as I noticed on my daily commute to work in Segambut. As for going back, I do recall that the opposite lane on that road is mostly smooth with the few odd random bad jams so you don't have to jam that long back to this project. Riana Dutamas, on the other hand, will have to jam for a while longer as I recall that real jam starts from the exit going into Pintasan Segambut.
Just ignore them. There are quite a lot of folks like this who couldn't be bothered to go to any sales gallery directly and make the enquiries there, so just spam these threads, hoping for some SA to spoon-feed them the details. Pretty lazy if you ask me.

My apologies for being judgmental.

Maybe some people here were quoted 3cps because they could've chosen the high floors. Mid to lower floors probably are only given a minimum of 2 cps. What I do remember is that the cp allocation are fixed for all units, so its not possible to purchase an additional one, according to the developer sales staff stationed there.

Unfortunately only 2 car parks allocated. While previous opinions in this rooms said train stations are quite a distance, not being walking distance, but the advancement of technology has brought us e-hailing. Currently many people uses e-hailing service to complement the train services as their last mile connection. Recently another e-hail service just launched giving more choices to the market. While the older generation will still want to drive, with more public transport choices, priority to owning a car is lower among youngsters of the future.

I remember there are lots of different sizes, where some of them are elongated versions of the sizes you see at the website (some put in a terrace, balcony, etc.). The last time I paid a visit there, the sales staff gave me a brochure of the floor plans which details a lot of the sizes not mentioned in the website. I suggest you pay a visit on one day and get a copy of it.

Yes, they do have some special big units. Why it is special? Because is only one unit for that size. Example are the link units (units linking two sections of the tower), garden units, penthouse units (currently not available).

If you are interested, I can show them to you.
