Yep, too true, though both this project and Riana Dutamas are touting 3k plus units each, which are really dense.

I don't know what will happen in 4 - 5 years time once both these projects are completed and occupied, but one thing for sure, do expect more cursing on Jln Segambut coz you'll be jamming together with the new neighbours from these two as the jam gets worse.

I was starting to wonder why that internal agent who attended to us wasn't that enthusiastic about the project... Now I know why.

I heard the current selling price are from RM350k + onwards.

Illustration showing show many big trees on concrete deck as if you are staying in the jungle? Not practical and doubtful can  plant such big trees. Whts the depth of earth you need to support such big trees?
