it is easy accessible to KL and PLus highway, PJ, include MRT (not too far).
During weekend very quite, peaceful area.

peaceful means very light traffic, quite, no loud noise in cars at high speed. biggrin.gif

Ipoh road from Batu 2 to Batu 5 , weekend no jam one same to Jalan Segambut as all the industrial are all closed not working.
Therefore, i usually use ipoh road or jalan segambut during weekend biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

the 2 moved out is for the Condo main entrance.
IJM will not buy over or compensate any to remaining of the car workshops
Therefore it will take quite some time till right purchaser to redevelop the said area or indefinite answer
