Not necessary. I use to swim at other ppl condo with friend when i dont have swimming pool around me. But when i bought my place with swimming pool, i end up hardly swim... when u dont have u want it, when u have it, u will have a thought that I can do it anytime, so probably next round haha

I bought this place because its very near my office and Court (I am a lawyer). Maybe they should market it to legal industry people as there are tons of lawyer office in solaris and publika.

I see it as lacking bumi buyers. Since Chinese buyers generally try to avoid number 4 if possible, the developer allocated those with 4 for bumi buyers. On the other hand it seems many Malays like number 4 (my perception only).

to be fair... alot of those factories opposite the era are going to or have a long term plan to redevelop those lands anyway... those big plants there already moved alot of their major operations to outskirt area with larger capacity... for segambut... u have to think about the future as well.... if really redevelop.... this location is miles better than north kiara, wangsa, setapak, sentul, jalan ipoh those areas....

Not only them but also a lot of the chop shops and the odd factories scattered around Jln Segambut.

Even the remaining car workshops/chop shops in front of Riana Dutamas are not budging ever since the latter launched late last year. Only 2 moved out during that time.
