if renowed developers cant keep up with the quality, you think smallish developers can performed better???? worse part, they cant even afford to keep a sales and marketing team.

pls note that this Era is not a small project. It has abt 2000 units combined????

you better pray and hope they can completed the rest of the project, if not it may end up like Empire.

This is commercial land title and developer has no choice but to include commercial retails and office.

Do some research and update here which development with similar concept like era has successful retail lots??
Meaning service apartments with retails below???? Price abt 700psf new or subsale.

I can only think of tropicana avenue but the entire tropicana this stretch is the only retails area....
Casa tropicana got some but i wont say its higher class type.
