There is no developer staff for this project. All from external agency although they are wearing JKG’s uniform.

I was there 2 years ago when the sales gallery first opened its door. I saw 2 JKG staff stationed there back then and one of them attended to me. In fact, the business card he gave to me was a JKG one, not an agency.

I see. Because from last year onwards those who stationed in the sales gallery were all from agencies.

I can never trust a developer that cant even afford to have its own sales and marketing team.....

Yeah me too. Speaks a lot about the developer who does not hire their own internal staff, established developer won't have this issue.

newcomer in kl. their maiden project. of course need sales agent la. leverage on sales agent expertise and existing network.

phase 1 quality will be the best. they won't risk losing customers for their subsequent phases. one of the cheapest project in that area.

look tropicana case. established what. see what happened to them?
mahsing also. their workmanship good?

Why not? Outsource is not necessarily cheaper too. Usually outsource is for those who only need short term workers. If jkg is an established developer and will have never ending new launch to sell, why not maintain a team of sales and Marketing staff?

coz it is their first project in kl? coz they are not mahsing, tropicana, gamuda, ijm? ppl dunno who the heck they are? and the promotional programs will be very hefty without outsourcing?
