Hey girls,

Ever since my break started, I have been sleeping between 5-7a.m. and my skin is paying the consequence. I've had about one or two pimples popping up but nothing is worse than the dark circles.

I know the best remedy is to get enough sleep but it is difficult to reverse the cycle since my body has already grown accustomed to sleeping late. Is there any remedy or effective product you can recommend?

P.S. If anyone can also tell me how to make that stupid useless pimple of mine disappear ASAP, that would be perfect =)

You can try Benefit's Eyecon cream. It's got some fading action thing. I haven't tried it yet but I'm planning to. Its only available in Isetan KLCC, Mid Valley if I'm not mistaken.

I usually get 5-6 hours sleep but never get any dark circles, I think it's a circulation, nutrition and eating habits matter rather than simply using temporary patch-up jobs like concealers and miracle creams.

Do you drink coffee or lots of sugary drinks?

polaris, i dont drink much coffee. maybe about once in 1 or 2 months. and i dont drink much sugary drinks either. usually cold water. my friend told me some ppl are genetically more susceptible to it, while others can get a mere 2 hours of sleep and still look fresh (you're one of the lucky ones, i expect!)

dont worry, naughtyspirit, i doubt the coffee has a direct link. but maybe the caffeine is keeping u up at night? maybe u can think abt adjusting ur consumption biggrin.gif

I'm using dermalogica's Multivitamin Power Firm for Lips and eye..
quite good product.. not oily and won't cause oil seeds at your eye area..
Vitamin gives has brightening effect on your skin.. so it can help brighten up dull eye area..
