Details of the complaint :
Wife's phone had a problem and in need of urgent replacement, so I thought why not changing to iPhone since she keep blabbing that Android is too advance for her. So I contacted Owen arrange a meet up. This is my second time dealing with Owen. The first time was back in 2014 or so, during iPhone 4 era. Hence generally I am under the expectation that he is at least maintaining the good service and a good seller, if not better.
So I bought an iPhone 5 16GB on 6th July 2016 where we COD near Shell Jalan Pahang, KL.
Upon inspection, briefly phone was physically in good condition as promoted, and the buttons' function are tested and working well. Screen swiped left and right, pressing on several icons on the screen - looks good. Brightness wise is acceptable, eventhough I'd notice a bit of tinting especially when starting a camera. But what the hell, its not brand new and unlike my wife going to care about that. However, the deal was promise to be included with casing and tempered glass. Casing was not bring during COD, and tempered glass was broken during installation.
Nah, cut some slack. It was near 11PM during that time, so I thought let just wrap things up and get home. Those two accessories can be Poslaju later, no rush. Its the first day of Hari Raya, anyway.
Arrived home around 12AM, wife noted the screen of the iPhone was problematic. It cannot be pressed at area I,K and M.
Informed Owen about this. Send some details regarding the issue in Whatsapp and eventually we COD again on the next day at the same location.
Warmly reminded for him to check on the item before COD. He noted. Met him again on 7th July 2016. The initial iPhone 5 15GB was replaced with iPhone 5 32GB because of no stock, with minimum topup from my side. Tempered screen was given and still no casing. Nevermind, stick to previous agreed method. Just Poslaju to me once Raya holiday passed.
On the next day, noted the tempered screen given was for the different model, not iPhone 5.
And the phone unable to charged. Turn out the charger given is broken.
Complaint both of the issues to Owen for replacement together with casing to be Poslaju. Sent my delivery details as well. I also did mentioned that I will issue a dispute if no respond and action from him, unfortunately there was no reply from him afterward, yet he continue to conduct a business here in Lowyat.NET as usual.
Hereby I am officially issuing a dispute toward my unsolved issue and so that other potential customer are aware of my situation in dealing with Owen.
