anyone here changed their cb category before?

i change my category on 28th april from Grocery to Travel and HLB charge me travel maintanence fee on 30th april statad EFF June and i double confirm with CSO that my travel category will start effective in June only.

but i found out that my May transaction for Grocery under Sam Groceria is not entitle for CB. So i called HLB 4 times. First 3 time CSO couldnt give me an answer right away and promise to call back within 3 working days but all failed. the 4th one answer my question directly and said May i only entitle for Petrol and Mobile category where 1 of my category will be inactive until June only.

is this true? anyone of you encounter this situation before? shall i email HLB? or call again?
