QUOTE(MGM @ Aug 16 2016, 05:05 PM)
Why would your friend spend 7 figures on a card like HL Wise with CB capping?
*
it sounds silly.......

QUOTE(Tigerr @ Aug 16 2016, 05:07 PM)
don't troll here. your friend spending 7 figures a year but using wise card....what a joke....
*
really a joke, RM1 million on HL Wise card alone and few more millions RM on other cards also!

QUOTE(aromachong @ Aug 16 2016, 05:41 PM)

moreover she also swipe the more or less same amount for her other cards

regardless the AF - i am the one who suggest her to request and the answer from CS is a "NO". no harm to ask rite?
*
QUOTE(Tigerr @ Aug 16 2016, 05:11 PM)
7 figures spending if on essential card getting 1% cash back previously also about 10k cash back but holding that wise card getting max 1200 cash back per annum. you judge he is trolling here or what....and can easily ask for annual fees waive off with essential...or should I say with 7 figures spending power still ask for that annual fee to be waived??? laugh.gif
*
QUOTE(MGM @ Aug 16 2016, 05:38 PM)
But if she is freaking rich n don't care abt CB, she should be using other Privileged Cards with 'Atas"-type of benefits n also won't bother to ask for AF waiver.
*
on hind sight better say people tell her to ask for waiver lo, otherwise malu la.

QUOTE(trojant @ Aug 16 2016, 05:52 PM)
7 figures include the last 2 decimal kut... hence AF is 5 figures so must call to waive tau  icon_idea.gif  icon_idea.gif
*
see who is believing aroma....

QUOTE(MGM @ Aug 16 2016, 06:03 PM)
But your friend yearly expenses is a few millions, meaning her income is  drool.gif
*
QUOTE(aromachong @ Aug 16 2016, 06:15 PM)
i did not mention HNW is all about 'spending' part since beginning?

all i did mentioned my friend spent almost 7 figures yet failed to get AF waived .. oi dont twist my statement

sometime tho few hundreds is nothing, it just show some 'token of appreciation' - but different people think from different perspective stating small amount of $$ do not matters for HNW. what a joke
*
QUOTE(aromachong @ Aug 16 2016, 06:23 PM)
maybe can read my first post next time before query  smile.gif
*
aormachong your first post is the one that make people suspect you.
And people remember your many untenable boastings before.
so you should not be surprised why all the queries.

the more you explain the more it shows.....

To boast having a rich fren spending RM1 million on 1 credit card a year, at least use la a better card as example.

For people who are so freaking rich and yet do not have many cards, usually they spend in cash rather then leaving trails behind.

For those who dare swipe millions of RM on credit cards, they would not be limited to having "only few cards, and Wise card will be low down the list for such usage.

Before u do any cancellation or decision just request for AF waiver, I just got mine.
*
QUOTE(Omgf @ Sep 7 2016, 11:10 PM)
Why I keep calling for waiver and all the time CS person said no AF waiver for wise card?
MGM could you kindly provide screenshot of your wise card AF waived here?
*
i saw my AF charged online on 5.9.2016, called CS pretended wanna cancel card, etc then i asked for waiver on AF.

Guess what? he said no such thing. Wise card AF never waived. I said got fren's AF waived, straight away he asked give him the card number and let him confirm....so MGM you are very lucky lo...

End up i think i will pay the Af and get 5% Cb takpa lah....Other than PBVS, CIMB CR, YOLO, where to get so high CB. Some more this one can get RM100 pm.

Hi, has anyone used HL Wise card to pay income tax at BayarHasil
https://byrhasil.hasil.gov.my/creditcard/ ?

Is its considered as retail transaction that is included in the minimum swipes
RM2000 to entitle for the 10% cashback?

I just made a payment RM1000 , MCC Code 9311 ? considered government charges?

?have to swipe another RM1000 elsewhere , sigh.......

still hoping someone who had used HL WIse card to pay income tax at byrhasil can share info.

Still early lah, should get it in May-June. Not a big CB, max RM225 only, but first come first served, so I don't expect >RM100 CB.
*
Hi Clarence,

i searched and found you have used Wise card on government transactions eg cukai Tanah, income tax in 2018 and
they were considered as retail transactions to add up to min RM2000.

I paid cukai Tanah just now with wise card (they refused Big Pay card) came back checked the T&C

Terms and Conditions of the Programme
(a) The term “Eligible Retail Transaction” shall refer to any retail purchase transaction made
locally and overseas, including online transactions which are charged to the WISE Card (both
Principal and supplementary WISE Cards) but EXCLUDES the following transactions:

(vii)all government related transactions and all online transaction(s)/ payment via Hong
Leong Connect

Now HLB no longer allowed us to use Govt related transactions eg cukai tanah or income tax swipes to addup to min RM2000
to qualify for CB??

You didn't pay via HL Connect (eg Jompay) right?
*
No, I paid at Cukai Tanah Counter, you mean HLB will consider Govt related payments as part of the min RM2000
requirement?

The T&C above is misleading..

I am guessing, W is Window, not Wk.
W1: 15-17/1
W4: 18/1-20/1
So we didn't get W2, W3, W5, W6, lost at W7 (21/1-23/1).
*
is there some mistake above?
18/1-20/1 you mean W2 or W4??

i got W1 RM15
and W2 RM14.80

W1- i swiped 2x RM99.50 pay bills - all on same day 17.1.2019 only
W2- i swiped TNB 19.1.19 59.60 only, didnt swipe 18.1 and 20.1.2019

but i swiped on 21.1.2019 and 22.1.2019 all pay TNB bills

QUOTE(RickRick88 @ Apr 30 2019, 05:08 PM)
Mine W1, W4 and W5, W5 didn't get full amount. Will check against record tonight
*
QUOTE(ClarenceT @ May 1 2019, 01:50 PM)
W2 RM15, W3 RM15 credited yesterday.
I am really confused now.

24 hours X 7 days X RM7 = RM 1176 CB max.  hmm.gif
Very similar to Maybank's 100% CB at 10am. (2014-15) devil.gif

Yes you are right, forget Bigpay because OTP verification process is time consuming.
*
150 winners can last 3 mins?

QUOTE(ClarenceT @ Jul 1 2019, 08:20 AM)
Dare to fail, not aiming 100% success rate.
Hit once every 20 transactions is good enough. (5%)
Nothing to lose except Jompay transactions.
*
20 transactions in 20 hours is alot of work, if 5% success is only RM35 right?
Worth ?

Should be yes. HLB always treat cashback or refund as payments. Is the minimum payment zero? If zero, means yes.
*
If min payment zero that means all paid. yes no need make any payment in this scenario

but mine is not zero, RM1000 need to pay, HL connect CS told me better pay as per statement due and dont use the Digital cashbacks that appear AFTER my card statement date, meaning they dont treat CB as payment....

QUOTE(LemonJane @ Nov 30 2019, 06:38 PM)
If I incur further retail spending in the new month and I again apply for FPP of the eligible amount, will that count towards part payment of the last statement due?
That means, it will be a FPP to pay towards a FPP.  Is that allowed?
*
i think yes, FPP installment also can get further FPP.

in Nov i got FPP RM15k i dont swipe that much a month but i got alot FPP installments.

Dec so far i swiped RM5400, just now i saw FPP offered RM6300.
Next few days if FPP increases further without me swipe more that means subsequent FPP installments will get included.
