Anyone having problem with Wise CB?

I only received ALL RETAILS_CASH REBATE RM2

add: I wrongly entered the amount to my excel 253.33 instead of 235.33, so short of RM3 and there goes my RM54 CB sad.gif

Damn RM54. Sorry for your loss. I try not to be too stingy (except Maybank Ikhwan Amex). Just spend a bit more than threshold, you don't need to count to final sen.

Check the available credit limit as well, which can tell if you key in the wrong figure for transactions.

Lesson learnt. AF and SST in the same month, so calcution went haywire. I feel keeping track of Wise spending is getting more taxing esp when busy irl.

And it is very easy to ask for RM25 cashback. Use the in-app chat, the service is very good. They will always ask to make 3 transactions in 30 days to get the cashback.

This card is a keeper for me too.

The funny thing is, I got the HLB VI card because UOB PME did not have access to Singapore PPL. Now, UOB PME doesn't have access to KLIA 2 PPL, which HLB VI has.

Also, the BT and EPP always have 0% instalment payment that you can easily apply for online, quite conveniently.

HLB VI good for local makan (to earn enrich miles), and it is free for life.

UOB PME use to buy air ticket and oversea spending to earn miles. But the lounge access sxck. UOB VI better depend what u want.

Ya HLB VI got some good deals, the makan points quite worth but realistically how much point can you gain from makan, unless every other day omakase. icon_idea.gif

The thing is for UOB cards, you need multiple cards to collect points but 1 card (the highest premium card) to make redemption. Example: PME need 12K points for 1K enrich, Zenith need 7.4K for 1K enrich. UOB VI good coverage for Asia but for global it sux, reason why I went for Zenith instead.

Completed the HLB WISE SST waiver through live chat within 1 minute. Without any spending conditions and did not make triple the spend after the SST posting date either.

I wanted to replace my VI (peeling and number fading), there is no way it can last until 2029. So, as suggested by someone here, to use the reason - card not readable. I contacted the CS via live chat and they suggested to use app to replace it and contact them again later after activation so that they can request for RM 50 (card replacement cost) reversal. I requested on Monday afternoon and just received the card replacement, straight activated it. Chatted with CS again and they will request for the waiver, I should see the waiver in my next statement.

HLB has been good. thumbup.gif

Wah RM 50 for card replacement!

Had two cards from UOB, one chip damaged i think wave cannot detect transaction and another one CCV/expiry date faded and peeling off. No charges was mentioned but they made me do a lot of stuff before they agreed to send the replacement card.

Maybank and AmBank also got charges for card replacement I think. I guess it is normal for banks to charge but if it is not due to misplacement or self-damage issue, it can be replaced with no cost. tongue.gif

Thanks for this. thumbsup.gif

Just checked UOB T&C, they do charge RM 50 for replacement card. I suspect they're waiting for me to activate the card then slap me with the charges.

Will check my statementlar, and ask for waiver if they slap me with replacement fee.

I put AF in the excel file, so the sum is more than 1000 when it should be excluded
