use maxispay, in there you can split payments to multiple of >RM5x.

my maxis fiber is RM135.70, usually i split to rm50 and rm 85.70.

As per cybpsych suggestion, you can pay through Maxis Pay, I usually pay on https://myaccount.maxis.net.my/wbb/Default.aspx. It's the same thing as well.

I'm not sure whether it is official or not. But you can view previous bills and payment history on that website.

Mylaunchpad is converted to myaccount.maxis.net.my/wb back in late last year IINM, you still can open Mylaunchpad website, but when you click log in, it will open up myaccount.maxis.net.my/wb webpage.

But I dare not take the risk as probably they only waive 1 out of 100 customers. sweat.gif I don't have such luck. Since Sam's has removed their ePay payments via CC, I really cannot keep this card further... Not justified anymore. sad.gif

Most people with the Utilities category have signed up for UOB Pay Online account (its free), so you can split your TNB bills into RM50 amounts. You can also pay Syabas via UOB Pay Online.

The service is pretty quick and reliable, and does not charge any convenience fee (unlike POS Malaysia which charges 2% + GST).

If you're new to HLB Wise, some general tips below:

- Ensure your 10 swipes are done generally 3-4 working days before end of the calendar month. For me, I swipe RM50 x 10 for TNB Bills and Digi / Maxis (via UOB Pay Online) on the day right after my statement date (which is 3rd of the month) via UOB Pay Online. This maximises my cash flow, as I only have to pay on the 23rd of the following month, plus it guarantees my 10% eligibility. I then have RM500 to play with for my other categories.

- A good thing about UOB Pay Online is that it allows you to set up future payments, up to 2 weeks in advance.

- HLB Wise rounding system means you can technically get more than 10% effective cashback (i.e. RM100 for spending RM985) by ensuring you spend an amount ending in RM5 for EACH of your 3 categories (i.e. mobile, plus your 2 chosen categories). For example, my typical monthly spending looks like this:

1. Mobile - RM185

2. Utilities - RM365

3. Dining - RM435 (or as near as possible to RM985 minus categories 1 and 2)

I keep an Excel spreadsheet every month to maximise cashback

- Look out for HLB CC promotions, sometimes they are quite good. For example, there have been a few rounds of 30% weekend dining cashback promos, where you swipe 3x (any amount) during weekdays and stand a chance to get 30% on weekend dining (first come first served, so use for breakfast / lunch to increase chances). During those promos, I used UOB Pay Online to create 3 advance payments of RM0.10 to TNB every Monday just in case I used my card for dining on the weekend. If lucky, I get the 10% standard cashback for dining plus the 30% promo cashback. Win win.

called hlb cs just now..
wise card surely cannot waive the annual fees..
then i also asked why they charged me the annual fees 1 month+ earlier than my activation date, he said cant do anything, their system follow the card issue date.. some of us are unlucky because hlb didn't have credit card stock last year and cause us only able to receive the card after 1 month++
