Requesting for permanent credit limit increase with HLB was such a pain.
Following some of the posts in this thread, I left a message using the HLB online portal. It took more than a week to receive a response saying - you need to fill in a form and fax it in. They said "please provide your e-mail address so we can e-mail you the form".
I'm like... HUH? You already have my e-mail address! And how come there is no e-mail address to e-mail the form to? Who still uses ONLY fax nowadays?
Today I also received a call from a HLB sales agent saying they got a referral from my online portal request. He was like "So Miss, I understand you are interested in applying for a new card". I'm like... NOOO!! I just want a permanent CL increase! And he's like... "Oh, that one you have to ask customer service, I thought you want a new card".
Ugh.
I finally managed to fax in my documents using my office fax machine. Now just waiting to see how long it takes before they respond to me.

Did anyone apply for CC under the previous "SST on Us" campaign from 8 April to 30 June (similar to this Digital Day RM50, but that time only RM25)?
I applied in April and fulfilled the swipe condition on the day I received the card. Still haven't seen my RM25 credited back. Just checking if anyone has?

I'm trying to apply for more cards on the HLB Digital day thingy, but the HLB Emirates thing they are offering me is "Emirates HLB World Elite" which has a crazy AF. Did anyone manage to find away to apply for a lower tier using the promotion?

Did anyone apply for Visa Infinite (under the DD RM50 promo?). I haven't received mine yet but got my Essential week ago.
Also, I can remember if I provided my Enrich number upon sign up....
Did you guys? How do you link the card to your account? So confused...
