Still deciding if this card is right for me.. just want to double check that TM Unifi and Astro is NOT categorised under Mobile or Utilities so no rebate for these payments?
*
Yes, not under mobile or utilities.
If you are near to Sam's Groceria, then can pay there and earn cash back provided you choose groceries.

Then it is too bad for you as they don't earn cash back under mobile or utilities. Maybe you choose other cards like PBB VS or UOB VOX for these two stuff?

I applied for my WISE card late last year. My WISE card is pin and pay compliant, but does not have PayWave function.

Is it possible to request for a free replacement to a WISE card with PayWave function?  tongue.gif Since it is my main credit card, the PayWave function is a big help to me.

The same case as me. Let me know what hlb cs said after you call them to request.
*
Just called hlb cs. Apparently if we are to request for paywave card for replacement, there's no charge. But the bad thing is the current card will be blocked right away and the new card would only reach us in 2 weeks time. All is just with a one phone call.

I guess so. Unless your card is nearing its expiry and you opt to continue using it so they reissue.

Did you request for replacement? Or was it hlb's own initiative?

That totally contradicts what the cs said.

Nevermind, i'd just use the current card as usual.

How do I know if my card is a Pin & Pay card? I got it last year's Sept. Well, if it replaces me with PayWave card then I'm OK, else without it I'm also OK. Just not sure if it will be replaced for my case.

In fact, my card was issued exactly Sep 2015 too.

Not entirely sure how the CS checked during my call, but I believe he was referring to the time frame of the card issuance. If this is the case, and mine is pin n pay enabled, so could be yours. Only lacking with the paywave feature.

If my TNB bill is rm800, does it considered 16 times transaction if split the payment online of RM50 each time?

That can be done from hlb connect according to CS.

Exact steps, I'm not too sure because I did it from the ATM last time.

yes. after you meet the 10x RM50 criteria, you can just pay the balance in one amount. no need split to rm50 so many times

As long you can still use the old then it is fine.

Yes. But usually once I reached tranx #11 or 12 I just paid full..but need to monitor whether tranx successful or not.
