QUOTE(dannyw @ Nov 23 2016, 10:17 AM) Guys, the oil stain near Timing Belt cover is due to what issue? Gasket on top and bottom of the engine also fix before. Anyone can share the experience? Should I back to Proton or normal workshop? Less than 20k after change Timing belt last year!Is this the old model Persona you're talking about? If so, there is an owner's thread for it on here.... https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3789253/+1360This post has been edited by Lez Pall: Nov 23 2016, 12:37 PM

QUOTE(9ghost @ Jan 16 2017, 09:08 PM) I took my car on last Saturday and the airbags light in on...😔 It could happen for two reasons 1. The car's body control module(BCM) has a software glitch in the code which causes the light to come on even though nothing is wrong. I've seen some cars check engine lights come on but the car still runs fine so I assume it's the same root cause. 2. One of the airbag sensors might be faulty, most likely the passenger side. Either way, you should mention this to the SC once you go for the 1000km service just to be safe.

QUOTE(T.Alvin @ Feb 11 2017, 02:38 PM) Mine one is CVT. . You mean the manual also got delay? Thats is weird ^^" The Persona has a drive by wire throttle system where throttle control is modulated and processed by the ECU, which inherently produces lag unlike a traditional cable throttle that has instant response. The delay is even more present with the CVT since not only do you have the throttle lag but also the CVT clutch has to be engaged before the car starts to move. You'll notice when you press the pedal and the revs shoot up but the car's still stationery.
