Mega confusion between the SA & the mechanic who serviced the car yesterday.
Car was serviced at 1,004 km. Official receipt states that the next service is due at 11,004 km. I asked the SA if this was a misprint as going by the other vehicles I've maintained it has always been at 10K, 20K etc. The SA insisted it was cumulative i.e, 10K increments + current mileage. As I was checking the car before leaving the SC, the mechanic who serviced the car came up to see if I was satisfied with everything. Asked him about the display indicating next service message at about 9K remaining. He said that was correct. Showed him the printed receipt & he was confused too.
