Need to double confirm with your guys who'd done the 1K service. Did they change the engine oil to Syntium 800 or just the mineral oil? if Syntium 800, can anyone provide proof? because later I scared goes to SC they only give mineral oil instead of Syntium 800.

That aircond sound i also have. Like its breathing or something. Usually i just turn the radio up then cannot here anymore

wat is the procedure for the first service (1k mileage )? do i nid to confirm to the mechanic before handling the car to them? wat will they change ,should be no charges fees right even if i ask them to fix those rattling sound etc?

ohh okay, thanks for the replied bro! hope tat after fixing the rattling sound, it wont appear again in few days/weeks, at least last for a year man!!!! it will be annoying if the sound happen and happen again after repairing

I complain to their manager inside the office with a serious face although my face isn't haha. He said he will check for me. After an hour, he said the sound is from the loose crew at beneath the dashboard. Tighten the screw and add padding. No more sound. Thanks god. There is a free car wash after the service, and I was shocked that they said they wash my car d yet my car still dirty lol. Btw I top up another rm120 for fully synthetic engine oil as the package engine oil is meant for 5k km only

Can syntium 800 goes until 10000km? When i received the car, the SA said they'll give semi syn engine oil for the free service, which he unconvincingly said can go up to 10k km. But he mentioned if there is any need to service before the 10k, then i have to pay for that service.

SC told me if I take the syntium 800, I had to come for service which is after 5000 km.

went for 1 k service last day, whn way back to home, i notice some sounds coming out from the car, i guess it is from the aircond, but whn i reach my home, i go down from the car(car engine still running) there's abnormal sounds comes out from the engine , so i recorded down and send to the Service manager tat i met in the SC, few hours passed, he call me to check iziit any fluid under my car, and yes, thrs fluid under my car, thn he suggested me nt to drive the car anymore and ask for towing the car to SC again,engine leak (mayb)

Just read my previous post. 1 800 888 398. Only for emergency. My issue is the petrol lid cannot open so cannot pump fuel. They break the part and for replacement you have to go to SC.
Adjustment for lid, I dont think that's emergency. Any SC will assist you fixing it.

*edited- Same time complaint about knocking sound. Found the back seat belt were not properly fit. Now everything work charm

Not yet happen to me "yet", but happened to my 2 out of 2 previous car (perodua n proton(ya both are stupid brand)). What happen is when I pull the lever the stopper does clear out, just the ejector not working so the lid doesn't pop open. If emergency, Just ask somebody to pull and hold the lever and use a card to open the lid from the gap space. Send to sc to change the spring thingy at the lid cover. Lastime it happens again after changing the spring then i lazy to go again then I just routinely use a thick slipper or my wallet to hold the lever if nobody helping me. Then it was a makat guy who solved the problem permenantly when I send my car for knocking, doesn't know what he did.
