Pacific place ara Damasara ,Don't buy .

This is block F problem .

1) electric got problem ,when use water heater ,the TV will suddenly ( turn OFF ),when turn on other button also got the same problem .
sometime turn off the button can see the blue color fire .so dangerous !!!!!

2) the car parking exit really a big problem ,have to turn a big round ,leakage problem , car wire stolen .

3) the car parking very smelly and dirty .

4) everyday early morning 8:30am renovation ,so noisy .

5)the lobby no fan ,no air conditioner ,always pass by lobby go to evolve mall also can feel the security body odor taste ,SO Smelly !!!!!!!!

6) the trash can so smelly & dirty . OMG !!!!!!!!!!

i think many comments abt this plae u havent highlight. wht abt the extremely close blocks to each other n bad access road? have they fixed d road

Yes ,so many African .

Car parking exit always change ,when exit need to turn here and there ,haven't fixed yet .

What is "car wire stolen'?

I kinda feel for the security officers there...imagine if you were to work in a confined place with no fan and no Aircond, I dun think you will emit flowery frangrance too.....

Rental yield must be excellent and loan repayment could be self sustaining.

or imagine if you are inside in a cramped train(no air-cond) surrounded by banglass..

not too far from Citta mall but it's further in from the main road. been there once. access to evolve mall is terrible. one access and through the residence. poor planning

pacific place reminds me of HDB estate in Singapore

you should get electrician to look into the electricity problem in your unit asap. sounds dangerous

it was reasonably priced when it was launched. i almost bought this place then

if i remember correctly, this condo is closest to LRT.

heard so many bad reviews about this place..

have a lot of PH too

security will be major issue especially for single ladies
