Hi, you can connect your Pad with a Mac via USB cable and open QuickTime Player, go check "File" > "New Movies Recording" And you can record your iPad screen then. But it will be mute if you do not have installed a virtual sound card. You may need to install one such as soundflower. try Reflector or AirServer, you will need a PC at least, not a mac, if you have mac, you dont need Reflector or AirServer
