Hi, My name is Azril and I work for an ISP company.
I'm not hardcore gamers. Just playing DOTA in LAN or over Hamachi...and never play WoW...so I need your guys help me on this.
I've been reading your guys complain about TMNET quality and about bandwidth problem.
I just want to dig more info about WoW.
1. What's the minimum speed ( kbps ) to play WoW ?
2. What kind of latency you're looking for ?
3. The connection stability...what makes WoW didn't disconnect..the minimum bandwidth ? ( imagine streaming windows need at least 256kbps to make it looks 30fps on scree ..so I need to know WoW minimum bandwidth )
4. If I banned P2P ports on my connection plan, will you happy on it ? Since you guys always blamed P2P for the bandwidth problem.
5. How do guys pay the monthly subscription for WoW ? credit card ? Paypal ?
Ok that's enough........what I need is a technical data that makes playing WoW is heaven.

2.100~300ms,but i am happy with 300~500ms too,not asking too much here.
3.wow need atlease 30kb/s~50kb/s download rate to work well and around 10kb/s upload rate.
4. Well, you can always download patch from some mirror site, but normally customer wont feel happy for banning p2p port ,maybe some kind of bandwidth cap(for p2p only) or speed cap will be better.
5.credit card
i found out my connection in wow is a bit better now...but its still laggy, packet sending delay/disconnected when theres alot of packet incoming/outgoing(mean when theres alot of peoples on screen and doing something,my latency flew up from 200 to 2000~10000 ms causing big lag spike and disconnect).
If you are working for tmnet, please help us!:P
