From the current TMNet's bandwidth cap, we have only 10kb/sec download rate max outside Malaysia. My World of Warcraft will get a disconnect if the area around my character has a lot of people. I used to have 384kbps download/128kbps upload ADSL on and WoW runs fine with it. I'm sure 384kbps is more than enough to run WoW.

Blizzard uses BitTorrent protocol for patches. Banning P2P ports will cause a problem to updates.

I'm playing around 250-800ms on Illidan server before the bandwidth cap and I'm having 1Mbps/384kbps ADSL. I use Game Card to top up my account.

I'm currently connected to 63.241.255.110 port 3724 for Illidan server. I got this infro from CFOSSpeed Settings menu on Current Connections tab for wow.exe .
