QUOTE(chwai @ Jul 28 2016, 03:43 PM) is different creature for i-eloop, perodua system doesn't have any additional supercap or additional power storage and i wonder how it works for perodua. When i saw regen braking i immediately thought of i-eloop, but it wasn't the same this case. It seems like smart alternator than i-eloop to me. |

QUOTE(dirtrun @ Jul 29 2016, 12:42 PM) If not mistaken, if this term use in hybrid it's valid as it uses the hybrid motor to generate electricity to recharge the hybrid battery, but in bezza i guess the only generator is the alternator. probably it's a so called smart alternator they had on hand, like on the iriz maybe.Regen Braking is a charger tat charges the batteries when braking.. l tink Nissan Serena has tis too.. Its supposed to take some load off the alternator.. If hybrid tech - then itll charge de hybrid batteries.. D |

QUOTE(wesleycjh @ Aug 3 2016, 01:18 PM) Elantra333 well said bro. i believe perodua has the eco mode setup by default, no matter how aggressive you are (unless you floor the throttle), the response won't be as aggressive as old time perodua, and it's just a normal engine so we really can't expect the response like mazda skyactiv engines. More over, the gearbox tuning also quite soft for new gearboxes.
I just got my car yesterday. I felt that the car is underpower mainly due to the eco mode that we can't disable (not eco idle). Is the same to Prius that I have whereby in eco mode, the car will lack of responsive in throttle and transmission, but Prius allow us to select Normal, Eco and Power modes. The Eco Idle quite responsive but not as smooth as Hybrid car. Overall I'm quite happy with Bezza with this price range whereby u got the features mostly only available on car with 85K above. congrats on the new car btw. |

QUOTE(RANDHIS @ Aug 25 2016, 11:28 AM) want to ask noob question, when check radiator water level, i found red liquid coolant at the radiator reserve tank, i thought most car cars fill plain water, so what should i fill? top up plain water at the reservoir, but usually the water level won't drop unless you have the radiator coolant replacement done and it is due to some air bubble is purge out from the system. if you observe a rapid drop in the water level in the reservoir for normal circumstances, go back to sc.i knew myvi slams in two bottle of coolant then mix with plain water after you drain the coolant for replacement. alza the same. i think bezza won't be so different either. |

QUOTE(d3vilzzzz @ Sep 13 2016, 12:33 PM) I din knw the new persona had a 1.3 engine..thanks fr the info ..or do u 1 2 compare a 1.3 and 1.6? i think he's just talking about power to weight ratio without mentioning persona having 1300cc model. his words are neutral basis and personally i didn't found that he's promoting persona or bashing bezza. n according to paul tan the new persona is 20kg lighter den the old persona but heavier by 30kg den the Iriz ..the Iriz is 11xxkg ..do u knw hw many kgs the bezza weighs? ..ur arguement is kinda off but i am no mathematician I hope u r nt jz some proton fanboy doing some random rambling.. steady bro, bezza and persona are different playground, just buy which model you like and drive, that's it. |

QUOTE(modjojojo @ Sep 15 2016, 05:13 AM) was it something related to oil starvation maybe? if the vvt module doesn't get enough oil it will clatter this is what i know. probably yours could be other problems so better expedite perodua on the remedy before the issue become bigger. |

QUOTE(Far_76 @ Nov 21 2016, 09:21 AM) Just stating that at least even though its a bigger car size wise, it is more economical than myvi lol... dual vvt with aluminum block vs single vvt cast iron block, new tech vs old tech, cant fight la bro. Not even bashing mate..I love both of my cars hehe.... i still like the nice throttle response of 1st gen myvi FL, especially the SE version. sweet. but the fc is the price to pay. |
