i just dropped rm300 for booking fees, but now felt like withdrawing it from it after i read some comments from prev unofficial thread, as i'm driving 2009 myvi, 7 years car, just want to get a new car to avoid car repair cost, which im facing every single month.

May i know why you want to cancel the book? Im planning to buy this car by the mid of next year as my 2nd car after axia. For the time being., i will patiently wait the feedback from 1st gen user first.
didn't realized that is a segment car, because i'm driving myvi which is b segment now, so in a way its somehow its a downgrade, but the features is well packed, i gotta stop by at the showroom tomorrow, hopefully to get a test drive.
did anyone else came back from test drive? I just did, urm what I can say there's alot features for 1.3 Advance (Auto), but there's something Myvi is doing better as well, comparing my current 7 year old ones, which I believe the recent ICON should perform much better, with somehow the price range, after discount at RM53K.
The door is just too thin compared to my Myvi 2009. Urm I not too sure whether the steering is abit shaky when start to accelerate or it's just hallucination, perhaps new Myvi or Axia owners can share me some point of views?
Speakers seems better now, I can hear some bass unlike my Myvi 2009 which I believed its some cheapo OEM supply from Indonesia.
Car is pretty decent & silent, I would say. Air-conditioner wise, quite cold but Loud. The ride seems abit ECO-ish, might fool me as CVT, but it's Dual VVTI, seems a little bit under powered, or maybe it's just me.
Power Windows all are decent, fast, & smooth, fully automatic on the driver side. Suspension seems are abit stern compared to Myvi. Signal noise is pretty much pleasant to the ear now compared to 7 years ago. Leg room wise, I wouldn't complain for an A segment car, matter of fact, I couldn't even distinguish its an A segment, comparing to my mom's Hyundai i10s.
BTW, just quick one question, does the cluster panel comes with range information just like Myvi? I didn't get to catch that, so if there anyone catches it, please do let me know? Thanks in advance ya.
your myvi comes with a temporary spare tire n wheel which is notoriously difficult to get a replacement from outside shops
bezza on the other hand uses a full size spare wheel n tire something which most car makers have neglected
true that, i faced that before, car was way unstable, good to know. now is the dilemma between the close gap models, did you booked one?

thanks stasio, but the photo doesn't show range km left, i assume this is available?
nonetheless, is a good car for rm50k, but one keypoint that i realised that the button on middle panel, is too plasticky i would say compared to myvi? and can't sense the different between traction control, vsc button unless checking the cluster, i also realized is hard to switch it on/off with the narrow buttons.

thanks for this, strangely the sales rep didnt give me a brochure, even i almost gave my booking, now waiting for perodua rep to finalize my car evaluation before proceeding, anyone getting all the gearup stuffs?
The eco idle stop n start engine feature of the Bezza use starter or electric motor (hybrid car) to start the engine again?...If use starter, after long run the starter ma spoil faster?
urm interesting question, but it seems like, u need to stop for a quite a while, in order to let it went to eco idle, from my experience, it is almost instantaneous.
The sales ppl told me when pull handbreak only engage the eco idle...but I only press brake only its engaged...disengage when i lift my foot from the brake pedal...yup instantaneous start...these stop n start cycle whole day so many times...will its effect the car battery, starter and other electronic thingy?
Congrats on ur booking...when can get the car?
yes, i think i press the brake few seconds later, engine is idle. urm, i didnt place my booking, because i'm still considering, but if you get via perodua sales, it should be in a month time. this worries the most, as i'm currently travelling 100km a day for work, can't imagine the journey at federal highway where i stepped my brake to drive instead. i might forgo this to myvi icon just to be safe, might be outdated in terms of push start button, but i think much more safer, as we're going to be pioneer for this, and no one know the real outcome of this, will EEV + Idle Stop engine will make the maintainance cost higher? (referring back to RodaPusing's YouTube discussion)
I had the same questions... and Perodua Executive Chief Engineer' answer is in the video
Published on Jul 21, 2016 Will Eco Idle affect the battery/starter motor? Will the air-con compressor turn off? Benefits of VVT-i? Albert Ngu, ECE, answers all, and more.
thanks for sharing, but as always, no one will admit that there would be flaws especially during the launch. we will get to know when early adopters gets the car, but still, if you re keen to get your first car, and looking at axia, look no other, bezza is the one for you. but for those current myvi owners like me, it would be best to have a 2nd thought. just my 2 cents.
what is the bigger battery size? ns60? it can be very expensive, quoting from Roda Pusing's podcast, it can be efficient from the fuel efficiency, but what about the battery & alternator maintainance cost? Went to another Perodua dealer today, no one even bother to approach, so its hard for me to get the booklet, sales must be good though, anyone got good sales rep? so far dealership, seems to offer some freebies, but perodua sales don't offer anything, except delivering car with priority & some tint voucher.
If u worry about battery price , forget about getting a car . A battery cost about rm150-Rm300 , can last for at least 2yrs ,if u travel in his highway frequently,at 50km per day . Unless u alwaz stay in jam , then ur battery die faster .
A decent battery for myvi can cost close to RM200 plus minus. I do travel close up to 100km a day with jam at Federal Highway approx two hours a day. That is ns40 and it lasts 2 years as you said. Mind you that is the most basic battery and do take note that bezza require battery which is even higher than ns60. It's not about battery price and a car. But I think one should considerate this point while getting the car,
