Not sure. But they can help to clear the remaining loan first. If want to sell by yourself the car need to clear from bank loan first before can do ownership transfer.

Cannot compare to sport/race car eventhough its the same weight. Lightweight and short wheelbase car like bezza/axia need to use softer suspension setup to make it comfort. Perodua can make it stable but the ride will be trashy, bumpy since it lightweight.

Conti car and proton car got more weight. They use more firmer suspension setup to make it stable and planted but still comfortable because of the weight one of the recipe.
