In the manual it said the first service(inspection) is at 5000km, have any of you guys went to SC at 1000km?

I drive highway 100-120(max) and got 19km/l
Just make sure drive with eco indicator lights on to get efficient fuel usage

Btw, i like the front design of the persona but not the back, it's kinda big n not nice

it's the sound of the steering lock

bro, the wet cell is a special battery for idle start-stop function (Yuasa M-12 Stop & Start), so it's not suka2 perodua to use the wet cell

every factory stock setting of the car is already figured out by the engineers, we don't really have to change anything except maybe adding up small changes for example by adding sound insulation or bodykits, etc, and for the stability issue, please google more about the relation between tyre size and stability...THERE IS NO CORRELATION IN STABILITY AT ALL..big tyres/rims only add looks and weight, means you will not get fuel economy, if you want to make the car more stable, add stabilizer bars, use sports absorbers or coilovers

different from what I've read, larger tyres/rims only add weight, the weight is the one gave u "stable" feel because most perodua cars are less than 1 tonne (axia,myvi,bezza)

proton cars are all weighs more than 1 tonne, even the saga flx, that's one of the factor contributing to the "good handling" people talk about

you will get better grip by investing in better/expensive tyres
better tyre thread = better grip

stabilizer bars is a proven method of stabilizing a vehicle

yeah man, maybe there's something at the storage area at the door, in the glovebox, or maybe there is something loose anyway, whatever it is, you can always go check at nearby SC, feels sorry for u man, mine is 13++km so far nothing's wrong

actually my car has a very tiny chit-chit sound at the rear seat whenever I go through hard bumps, turns out it is coming from the plastic wrap of the seat belt buckle, so problem solved

there's must be something that caused the sound and could be not something serious, just go check first

the floating is normal because our car is very light
be careful when driving at high speed, make sure you have a good grip on the steering wheel

lots of highway drive + minor city drive = mantained average 18.5km/l (19km/l highest)
petrol used : caltex ron 95

speed of highway driving = 100km/h - 120km/h
any more than 120km/h only I will get that "floating" feel, not advised to get more than 120km/h if driving alone because car is light

Perodua SC is not perodua engineers, logically the engineers are more trustworthy bcos they have done all the mathematics through R&D, can't believe how SC advice is more believeable

I don't think i would change the tyre, just go and watch youtube channel Engineering Explained and read Carbible.com under tyre and wheel section.

Small tyres can also give grip and low rolling resistance, which is what our Bridgestone Ecopia tyres are made for, you can also read user reviews of the tyre, plus the tyre also helps in fuel economy. If you change the tyre, you will lose in fuel economy.

To improve stability, go for chasis strengthening like stability bars/strut bars and sports absorbers/coilovers

those who complained, please realize that this car is not a performance car, don't expect to get high speeds with good handling etc, satria neo high speed also can feel floating, alphard also goyang when overtaken by bus, lower ur expectations for this entry-level family car, drive safely
