Somebody has asked about the issue with Smart Link locking out Waze from appearing on screen due to Drive Mode app. Here is the temporary solution.

Every time Drive Mode is running, it is requesting a background service app called EasyConnected Server (package id net.easyconn.server). This service will force Drive Mode to take over the screen when the car is moving, blocking Waze and Google Maps.

So, we need to kill off EasyConnected Server and stop any request made to reinstall it every time we connect Android phone to the multimedia unit in Smart Link mode. To do it while the Android smartphone is still connected in Smart Link mode, go to Settings -> Apps -> Running and look for EasyConnected Server and stop it. At the same time, stop Drive Mode. Now, you will be able to use Waze or Google Maps without Drive Mode being busy body.

But, you will notice at a certain interval, there is a flicker on the multimedia unit's screen but don't worry; it is telling that the EasyConnected Server's request is not working anymore to take over the screen.

today i drive on a wet road (not raining)...
I found rear tyre will produce quite loud noise...

not sure if this is because of tyre or the bottom part of the car really thin until the noise can heard clearly....

My 2nd review regarding FC for bezza Advance.

FUEL CONSUMPTION
Perjalanan dari Seri Iskandar ke Cameron Highland melalui Simpang Pulai. Perjalanan pergi dan balik termasuk jalan2 area brinchang, tanah rata. Total distance 263 km. Average FC (pejalanan pergi balik + jalan2 kat atas) dapat 17.0km/L. Penggunaan minyak separuh dari tangki (4 bar) jadi pengunaan minyak lebih kurg dalam 15-16L ( RM25-27). Banyak tekan minyak semasa mendaki. Speed semasa mendaki dalam 50-70km/hr. Speed semasa turun bukit pun sama.
AVG FC semasa perjalanan pergi sahaja ke cameron - 15km/L.

Went for test drive the bezza advance this afternoon. The car feels light but the suspension quite good on the bumpy road. The throttle feels so slow compare to my 1.6 persona. Air-conditioning are very good even on level one only in the hot afternoon. There are no minimal sound proof even the advance version that you will hear the plastic sound when u knock at the car doors trims. There are toys like the GPS and link to your Android phone. An idle stop thingy alike the Mazda istop will stop the engine and off the air conditioning when u stop the car at the traffic light to save fuel. The cars are selling like hotcakes and it's a long waiting list for the 1.3 brown color variance.

Perception: a poor man mini version of vios. Safe fuel is the selling point.

Conclusion: I booked brown color advance to replace my 8 years old high fuel consumption and soon have to change timing belt second time persona.

The feeling: like downgrade a medium big bikes to scooter when u lazy/tired to drive the heavy bikes and seldom speed anymore. A nice simple easy to drive city )car preferred.

Yesterday book my car gearup door comfort & luggage tray. Damage rm120 for luggage tray & rm325 ++ for door comfort(without labour). Labour charge rm100.
The original booth cover for our bezza are quite thin & can't last long if you alway put heavy thing. Cost cutting or weight reduction by perodua cause my other car Myvi have thicker cover unless the new batch of Myvi also the same

Hopefully the door comfort can give some improvements on the nvh. Btw the tyre noise are very hard to reduce. Any solution to this.

all perodua vendors stopped /halted production almost two weeks from 7ogos to 18ogos 16 due to vendor supplying carpet OEM for perodua was burnt. perodua lines also stopped.

they just resume production on 18ogos. so you can imagine how much unit that they need to catch up which behind schedule.

one vendor problem, line will stopped, another vendors supplying different parts will have to stop also. if one vendor totally stopped due to burning factory, perodua production lines also must have to stop due to no replacement of parts to assemble at the car.

Just now saw a bezza premium x silver colour with after market sport rim . I think size 15 with 185 wide tyre. Made the car so tall & uglier.
I think need to lowered down the car if want to change to bigger rim. High speed stability will suffer
