hi all sifus~~
need your help~ my friend just bought a property which is 270k on snp, loan 250k she ask that is it reasonable for the fees? or hv to ask further discount from lawyer? ps: she told that lawyer said will deduct another 440 for her... thanks for reply~~ Attached thumbnail(s)

just loan agreement for less than rm270k for more than rm4000 fee, it is high.
