Budget wise? Different tier got different kind of flavoring tank. LoL

If you up a bit can get Russian 91%, If up a little bit more can get Russian v3 or even Kayfun Lite Plus. Do bear in mind that this kinda tank got tight air-hole.

Otherwise you can try something like Serpent or Tornado which falls into RM 100 plus minus category.

clones wise, they're pretty much the top dog around. actually THE top dog. they make the best quality clones as far as i can tell

also to answer ur question;

very good clones tend to have very good build qualities. just take off the battery door and you'll immediately know its a good or bad clone. bad clones usually have pretty shitty internals, wiring stuck together with shitty glue, blotches of paint here and there, shitty battery holder, etc etc. loose battery doors, bad 510 pins, theres a lot to spot a bad clone.
