i just booked an alza advance. maybank offer 3.4% interest for 30k car loan. is this a good rate? any advise for better rates from other banks?

i went to perodua shah alam to service my car. they asked if i wan to include the ozon service. RM25, supposedly to freshen the air and kill germs/bacteria. anybody tried this?
