Heya guys

New owner of 1 month old Alza here. Just had the first month service done. Was wondering if it is still required for the service booklet to be stamped and recorded whilst under warranty as mine wasn't stamped by the SC. I forgot about it until a couple of days later.

Another issue i recently discovered is the front passenger door requires slightly more force to close tightly as compared to all the other doors which only needs a light push. Because it was on the passenger side i didn't notice it till recently. Should i bring it back right away or is waiting till the 3 month service to do it all together fine?

If it is same SC you are going next, just get them to stamp it.  They should have the service records in their system / you have the receipts.

the door, possible the 'rubber' is tighter, you can let them know in the next service. should not be a problem

Ok will do that. thanks sifu.

Congratulations! I'm a new owner as well. Which SC you went to? Didn't they request your service booklet when you had your service done? No big deal, like Kiefer mentioned you can have it done on your next visit as they would have recorded in their system.

My front passenger door are the same as yours. It requires more force to close tightly compared to other doors which is kinda annoying. Any sifu here got solution to this? Thanks in advance. biggrin.gif

Thanks! Congrats to you too =D I went to the one in USj SC next to Mydin. That SC is filled with rekted cars though, waiting to be repaired. There's no visitor parking at all but the staff there was very friendly. No they didn't ask for it when i had it done.

Hmmm looks like i'm not the only one with this issue.

it could be due to pressure build up. i presuem when you closing your driver door the other doors are close and windows are shut. let's try open up the window a little bit, leaving a small gap and try to close your driver door again.

Yes that did come across my mind. I've tried it with other doors opened but it still doesn't close as smoothly as all the other 3 doors.

I've also tested the other doors with 3 doors and windows closed tight. They don't seem to have this issue strangely. Only the front passenger door.

Hi all Sifus, yesterday while i was idling i noticed my car vibrating more than usual. It wasn't doing that before yesterday. It's a constant vibration like the vibration from a phone. Not shaky or jerky.

It's a brand new Alza only 6 months and <3000KM. It occurs or at least is felt when idling. Happens in N D and R whether A/C off or on. Still present after engine warmed.

What could be the issue for such a new and low mileage car? Could it be the engine mount? Will make an appointment with the SC soon. Just want to have an idea before i give them a visit . I'm not a car person. trying to learn more.

Hi all,i have an upcoming 1year/20k km service but my car has only done 8k. Is it a must to change all the listed items for warranty purposes even though they are still in working order/under mileage? (ATF fluid, spark plugs, air/cabin filters, Tyre alignment etc.
