Have some problems with my BT. Every time I start it, my internet connection goes down and can't be used. It's still connected, but the computer tells me that it's a limited connection. I need to manually restart the router before the internet goes back to normal. What could be the problem? Thanks for your help!

Now both are being throttled. Anyone has any other programs to to prevent this?

I've tried VPN. I just want to download songs, that's all.

How you guys get speed like 160kb/s using TM 1m package?
As i know 1mbits/s = 125kb/s
When the data go through all the attenuation you wont even get 125kb/s
How can people get pass the max speed? o.O
