Relax bro, it's not that I'm blaming the service centre or the warranty. No argument there, I straight away understood and accepted it. Yeah, I really don't know about that warranty void things. Before this I only owned a used car came without warranty. Never go to service centre also. Always go bawah pokok workshop. And this Kuga I bought is 3 years old. I thought it got warranty because I know Ford got this 3+2 years warranty. When I came to know the previous owner not follow the schedule and it voided the warranty, I felt so stupid. But not blaming anyone except myself.
