actually i saw alot of vid all over liau .. then finally decided on the 4g3 coz it doesnt look too bad ..
but looks like i have to go for 450 b4 i can properly learn anything to control the 4g3 coz the 4g3 way too wild laa .. maybe the copterX 450 with futaba tx perhaps ?? hehehehe

i got the little 4g3 to hover a little bit for a little while ...
but then the tail will suddenly lose control and heli goes into spin altho i rudder right kow kow ...
hmmmmm ... tail rotor not strong/fast enuff ?? i think i set the expo to 50% liau .. not enuff coz head speed quite high already ??

this morning went to the BTHO place to see ppl fly .. got planes and helis oso .. DIY planes oso got ... hahahaa
got ppl using align 250se ... align 450se oso got .. and i think i saw that rm1.5k setup (the align 450s something with futaba one) there oso
got 1 seefoo using honeybee king2 .. but modded with parts from copterX .. super duper servos .. 401 gyro .. very nice futaba tx ... according to him he is happy with it coz cost of crashing is cheap ... the blades and the major breakable stuff still ESKY .. very good and smart way .. hehehe

i think the extra channels are for accessories laa ... landing gear la ... firing rockets la .. drop bombs la ... etc etc ... hehehe

will keep on the simulator and try and try and try ... until i succeed

now have to solve ny 4G3 prob 1st ... i got it to hover indoors already
prob >>> once it starts to hover ... the tail cannot hold ... it starts to go off slowly and then faster and faster until i have no choice but throttle off .. even when i 100% rudder right ... suspecting tail rotor cannot go up in speed to keep up with head speed .. adjusted mix liau oso cannot
now looking for solution to that prob 1st

u have this prob or not desmond ??
i already push the tail rotor against the tail motor gear up the wall/something hard kow kow already .. if press sommo i think the whole tail will pitcha liau ...

ya .. i went see see on sunday morning .. asked some questions about somethings lorr
basically some say start with good setup then no need to upgrade so much ..
1 of them start with cheap one then upgrade kow kow ...

there were about 10-15 of them come and go laa .. was damm bloody hot but not as bad as motorsport yet .. hahahahaa
after about 1 hour i cabuts liau ...

prob located >> apparently the rear assembly comes loose after a few round .. need to push the motor in abit ... then press the rear rotor / gear back in abit
so to have continuous fun is quite difficult
will have to look at option of replacing it with those rear rotor bolt on direct onto motor without any gears one laa ... have to spend more $$$

saw a brushless tail motor for 4G3 online this morning ... but not cheap at all laaa
the rotor bolts direct onto motor ... no gears

desmond .. need to ask u something since u got parts and play heli long time liau ... the 4#3b tail holder can fit/replace the 4G3 tail or not ??
if i fit a small little 8000kv brushless to replace the tail rotor ... i can just plug that motor cables direct into the 4 in 1 ??

looks like this rc heli is NOT THE IN thing at the moment ... LYN such huge data base of users oso a few ppl playing only .. hahahahaa

i am still awaiting BL ready made solution .. so far costings is about usd25 without shipping .. hehehe
pay usd25 once off better than always have to change motor and gears lorr

but most if not all of them oso know each other quite well already one .. and they dont like the look of small helis which i am currently trying to learn .. small helis can still play around in the house on a rainy day maa ... and lipo oso much much much cheaper !! huahahahaa

nvm ... when got budget and times get better i can always upgrade to nitro heli laa
reason i think nitro is more efficient in the long run ... charge minimum electrics = minimum lipo costs .. only PAY WHEN U PLAY ie. glow fuel only lorr .. parts almost same price as well known electric heli brands ... no need to worry about not enuff lipo when u are at the flying site .. not so worried about lipo becoming pregnant when throttle kow kow too much and lipo charge level and lipo life span etc etc ...

on set back is the initial cost lorr .. hahahaa
but times change ... who knows ... maybe i give up leh ?? huahahahahaaa

the 4G3 and 4#3 tail motor holder is not the same one .. but i think can interchange la .. so the option on which motor to choose and mount is more flexible lorr
change tail motor now .. 1-2 weeks later kaput same prob again .. will be never ending case of changing stock motor so might as well go BL

aiyooo ... even the kwai lohs are having headache with the BL tail setup on the 4G3 .. and its super expensive .. hahahahaaa
maybe should wait abit and see if walkera comes out with a plug and play BL setup for the tail to address this prob .. hehehe

me newbie .. trying to fly a micro .. which i was told will be much more difficult to learn than a regular 450 or 500
bkt jelutong abit too far to go for me coz i am in cheras during weekends .. if weekdays evening then can la coz i pass by shah alam almost every weekday

the micro i am trying to fly is a CP with 3D capabilities one laa
i already gotten passed that coaxial blades stuff liau .. hehehe

no la ... not belt cp ... its alot alot smaller than the belt cp
and it runs on a 3.7 1S lipo only ... saves me lipo costs ... hahahhahaaa
its a walkera 4G3 ... go google it and see la

walaneh ... $$$$$$$ !!!!!

got any nitros 450 size one or not ah ?? hehehehe

must be some expensive stuff liau la .. hahaha

very sheet mann .. this morning pressed the tail gear in .. make sure tail is all tight
plug in batt ... On the TX .. connect the heli power cable

woohoooo !!! i am in the air again !!!
then the thing happened .. hovering in small space and forgot to switch off the fan .... nice gust can and blew my heli into the TV shelve

adoiisss ... wooden blades hardly any damaged .. but one of the ball on the swashplate broke off !!!
dammit .. have to order the whole swashplate

its not too bad la .. usd9.50 for the swashplate alone .. no need to order the whole head .. hehehe
the balls really damm kow small and tiny .. wind blow oso break la by the looks of it ... hahahahaaa
this weekend will be a open everything up and check the stoopid heli weekend .. and to see if i need anything else when i order ... this way i oso learn more about my heli and how to setup a heli properly in general ...

anybody got the assembly diagram for the 4G3 ah ?? the manual dont have it one laa .. so strange one coz i tot manual normally comes with a blowup schematic of the heli
