I have been looking for charger/balancer for few months.
But found that DC input charger cost about RM250++ yet have to buy adaptor about RM75. Total: RM325++
Some branded charger got DC input yet cost >RM450. http://www.bunkyo-rc.com/product_info.php?...products_id=295
I found out that all the current DC input charger got AC input but M'sia still don't have. Saw it on ebay.
So i'm still waiting if anyone from M'sia got sell the DC/AC input charger.
*
the other alternative i see in that hotgears place is this one .. http://myhotgears.com/onlinemall/product_i...products_id=427
without AC adapter for much cheaper price ... same model except no AC adapter .. should be the same features la i think since same model/part number .. hehehe

as i mentioned b4 .. the AC adapter can easily be modded from PC PSU which has very stable power supply ... less than rm50 tongue.gif

most of the aftermarket TX (futaba .. spektrum .. JR .. etc etc ) comes with a socket for power inside the batt compartment .. so u can plug in rechargeables with the correct socket ... does not support AA batt in my DX7 i think so must use rechargeables with proper socket
the ESKY one does not have any socket but the walkera one does ... i am using LIPO with JST plug into that walkera socket ... hehehe

True, true~ Don't care what you fly. As long as you enjoy doing it. icon_idea.gif
For me, frankly speaking, I enjoy building more than flying.
The idea is to build and fine tune set everything and prove that it can fly without problem.
*
building is tedious and slow ... but it is part of learning to fly unless u super rich everytime crash pay other ppl to do it for u laa .. hahahahaa

bout that i dunno yet cz i dun have the adapter. so, it is possible la to do like what i said IF the polarity is match?
*
dunno laa ... never try b4 oso
but what i do now is use the ESKY for SIM only .. use niMH x 8AA and charger using normal EXTERNAL STANDALONE CHARGER
since u dont have the charger might as well not take the risk and just buy a normal AA/AAA charger from jalan pasar .. cheap cheap

Yalo, no upgrade the coaxial liao lor... Only change part thats spoilt when crash landing flying outdoor due to wind...  rclxub.gif
Oh you got extra blade? If u dun wan then giv it to me lar tis Sun... rclxms.gif

Yes the Esky TX got no socket wan but you can mod it mar. Just need to get the socket for it. Then use TX lipo, no need to charge battery anymore for 2-3 month.  thumbup.gif
*
yaa .. can bring this sunday IF i wake up in time .. hahahaha
i opened up the ESKY tx to have a look inside and oso to remove the rachet feel of the throttle stick
there is a socket inside thats able to plug direct into LIPO socket but its soldered onto the board and the AA are connected to it .. hahaha
i got extra LIPO for the TX but since have to mod socket and all i just use it for the WALKERA tx which already has a socket ... tongue.gif

I'm using the KDS 800 HH Gyro (Clone of GY401) http://www.hobbysportz.com/index.php?main_...products_id=348, or maybe you can try what uniquexme is offering.
Servo is Hyperion HP-DS12-GCP http://www.rcsmart.com.my/webshaper/store/...roductItem=1981 set at DS mode, 0 delay. Very fast servo. They have faster servo but not enough torque. http://www.rcsmart.com.my/webshaper/store/...roductItem=1978
*
ok .. thanks .. will put the HYPERION into my shopping list .. hehehe
but i think i will go for GY401 laa .. so many ppl using and saying so good cannot be wrong one altho cost abit more tongue.gif
