Just get u guys opinion on the rear passenger seats.
The both end (or the side) of the backrest was made of plastic instead of the usual cushion in fabric/leather.

I personally feels it is a bit of a turn-off...paying >100K for the car but they dun even get this part to be cushion.

For passenger, this may be a bit uncomfortable, especially in our hot climate.

Me yet to get the CivicX...planning for 4Q only buy

Agreed. I spoken to someone from security company.
The best security system for a home is to get a -Dog-. All those alarm system or cctv they have ways to bypass & inactivate it.
Thieves won't wanna hassle themselves to break-in houses that has dogs that makes lots of noise. Easier if they aim for houses that don't.
The only time they will really break-in a house with dogs is if they really targetted the house for something valuable enuf for them to do so.
