I got something to add - The car will beep rapidly for about 2 seconds and fail to lock the car (Walk-away auto-lock enabled) when:
1. If you open and shut the door multiple times in quick succession.
2. If you walk away from the car too fast after closing the door.
3. If you stand too close to the car after closing the door.

You manually lock is it? Never done it on this car yet
remote start guide is on the front page, 2nd post. You still need to depress brake and push remote start to use the car. But keyless unlock should work normally.

I thought android auto is not open for malaysia hence unable to download from playstore? Can share some tips to download?

oh, I didn't realize it was the same problem. I turned down the screen sensitivity and it seems okay this morning. Thanks for adding me to the list

I don't think we use pressure-sensitive touch screen in 2016 anymore. Most, if not all touch screen are capacitive touchscreen, which mean the object that has contact with the screen need to be electric-conductive to have the 'touch' to register. Screen-protector are plastic, so they wouldn't able to register input to the screen by itself, so I don't think their pressure would affect the screen in anyway. That is unless there is some water trapped between them.

I haven't touch anything because I just got the car a few days ago and haven't read the manual. But its pretty obvious its the back button that's going wonkers. The original screen protector was there and I thought it was the one causing problems...until after I removed it, wiped any extra dusts off and still find it beeping like WALL-E in the Disney movie.

I'm finding that the Conti tyres are quite good leh. The more I drive on it, the better it is - it's either that or i'm getting used to it's flaws already

Actually I found that on my stock 1.8s the speedometer seems to be off vs Waze by about 5kphs.  Both around 110 and 120, on cruice control.  I wonder if there's a setting to change that or needs recalibration during 1k service?

Just curious, is your android auto working perfectly even voice search(called siri by iphone user)? Example: seccessfully make a call/msg your friend via voice search by AA?  
My AA worked fine on voice search at the beginning stage. But eventually nothing happen after instrucrted to call my brother even voice search in return by "calling brother now".
Some sort of AA bug?

But i connected my brother's iphone to carplay. It works perfectly.

It doesn't work for my AA even i uninstall the latest version and re-install the one older version.
Well, google map attach with traffic still r the best to navigate around via AA.
