Mine has it too. Like some relay clicking sound. Happens sometimes after I stop the car say petrol station and then begin to drive back.... Also happens when I'm turning. Anyone has any idea what sound is that?

Any 1.8 or TC owners thinking of changing to the LED headlights? Saw a garage sale poster asking for RM4k for a set sweat.gif Don't think it includes installation

I think the fabric seat should be quite durable. No complaints from me. However, I wrap the door panels and centre armrest with leather. As for the steering wheel, I like the softness of the leather.

Bro, can you let us know which shop that your SA help did the leather wrapping for the door panels and armrest? Would like to get it done also. Thanks

why everyone is complaining on the 1.8 fabric? is it really that bad??? My wife actually prefers fabric rather than leather, as leather is really hot in our weather.

Any 1.8 owners would like to comment here?
*
install a set of good heat reject film should be no problem
i dont think there is problem with fabric?

I experience that sound too. I suspect that it has something to do with the auto braking, even though we have it off, I suspect that the car still has some sort of hill-start assist which essentially uses the same function and holds the brakes for 2-3 seconds before releasing pressure when we release the brakes and get on accelerate.
*
Which mean is nothing serious on it rite ?
Beside that, some time i feel i press the break too long it will take 2-3 seconds for the car the move also. is that normal ?

What link you need?

Any meddling with wiring and non-approved parts (like race chip, thick tint) during your 5 years warranty period MAY or WILL be voided by HM

Yea, it seems to be the original LED lights. But I also read the wiring is different for the halogen and LEDs, so it won't be exactly plug and play. And of course, the warranty for headlamps and electrical stuff would be at risk. May try it later if it gets cheaper and the car gets older smile.gif

Here's the link

LED

Quite logical explanation. Possible I guess. But there's also the clicking sound when the steering is turned to a certain degree.

actually the problem is really happening and I assumed the owner's car awaiting repair by the appointed SC. I'm not sure which case the thread is referring to but there is one case shared in Facebook space yesterday.
Anyway, haters are really waiting for this kind of unfortunate event isn't it?

Haters will always be haters..

Even if events like this dont happen, theyll still support other makes/models - actually .. to me its their right to choose.. but what l dont like is why need to bash.. if you don't like, l understand but why hate.. there already is so much of it everywhere..
O well, it takes many views to make the world, doesn't it...

Just had a chance traveling to KL today, the car still below 1000km, not thinking of pushing too much, and yet the car is very steady at 150km per hr, rpm still below 3000, feel like 120 at my old Persona, with even quieter cabin with minimum engine roar.

It is hard to drive with official speed limit as too tempted to push more.

Plus North South highway? As the car is still new don't go too fast in highway, not because of break-in period but you don't want to get stone-chips on your brand new car, especially travelling in north south highway.

Avoid driving behind lorries.

When driving North South Highway, I felt those sticky stain or dead bugs that stick to your car surface is more annoying to clean. Have to use tooth pick to pick out dead bugs from edges sometime. LOL
