there is no exect way to know exact market value of your players. it depends on time and which team interested to your player. for example, if you read the news stated that a manager would like to buy your player to strength his team, in the news will stated amount of value that the club valued the player.
the sentence will be more or less like this :

"it would like Mourinho has to table around 20m to praise him away from Old Trafford"

yes, it depends on which player and which club interested. we can figure out that some of our players values is more than what is stated in the profile, and some of them are also below the value in the profile. this will give hint whether this player goin to progress or not. as in my experience, AC Milan is willing to buy Agger for 15m with his current value is 5m. Valencia only willing to offer 5m for Riise who is valued at 8m. So with this is know that Agger will be more valuable in future while Riise will be more less valuable in future.

With my current season, Torres is the highest market value with 56m after chelsea brought him for 35m last season.

agreed. stating to press that you expect to win may get the players be over confidence. when played against BIG 4, i usually said that i just want good performance. and it seems worked. at least my team not lose

hi all, do you have experienced any situation like lampard case while playing FM?
i seem never face this thing......and mayb in real life now, chelsea are panicking to give a new contract to lampard and terry.

mayb ur tactical approach between big team and weaker team are not different. just to share, usually i use a counter attack while playing weak team away from home and not use a counter attach while playing at home. and it's seem work well. i did notice did during the loading time in FM that the game give us some tips.

i am just started the 4th season. back to FM06, i had played until 2023. i will try to play as much season as possible b4 FM 08 release! mayb u bored because ur team keep winning? try another team or league. it's fascinating. i managed kedah during played FM06, keep improving and be one of the best manager in the world and EPL club start chasing me

didn't your assistant manager advice you about the player running out of contract? in my game i have been always advised by my assistant manager that this player will out of contract in 12 months time, 6 months, 1 month, until 1 week. i think that the best way to give a new contract only when has been advised because if we give new contract too soon, the board will question us why should give him new contract while his current contract is still good. and if too late maybe the players have to be given a free transfer / bosman ruling.



i think about the same. maybe this kind of contract quite too complicated to be add in a games.
