Just curious, any of the XV1 owner changed their tire from 225/55/17 to 225/60/17 (Forester's and XV2's size)? Please share your experience with the 225/60/17 on your XV1. Thanks.

Hi Bro - no issue to use 225/60/17 on XV.

I am using it - a smaller gap in the rear wheel.

Price difference is only a couple of dollars difference.

Thanks for sharing.

Do you feel more comfortable with the 'thicker' tire?
*
Not much difference - should be more comfortable in term of ride.
As my tyre pressure remain the same.

Hey guys, just want to ask. Is there any prominent issues around XV1? is it worth getting second hand unit?
*
Not much issue as I am a owner of a coming 5 years old car.
Just follow the normal servicing will do.

Only item change is the aircon condenser.
My mileage is about 13K plus.

Hope this guidance is good enough for you.

about 500 dollars on the condenser including full servicing.
I pick up an OEM condenser.

Sorry my travelled mileage is 130K plus in this 5 years.

No issue on bearing or suspension as I remain on the original wheels and suspension.
