Rear side emits "humming" sound when reaching 40kmj, and its getting louder along with acceleration.. the car still can moving normally, but dont know whats the long term effect.. i will get it fix at AE once they have stock...

After driving it for awhile I kind of like got sensitive with refinement and noise from other cars... Not sure whether because the Forester is too refine or what... the suspension is so good that driving over the worst roads make it feel like the roads doesn't need repair...

Now driving my HRV I feel allergic to the sound and noise it makes hahahaha cos the nvh is poor compared to Forester...

Anybody developed this symptoms also? Hahaha

I'm sure N can be improved easily if you're willing to spend, compared to V and H which is highly dependent on the platform you're working with...

How come everyone had got different charges?

Honda uses some Japanese brand oil which is way cheaper. Smae gors to toyota, some japan inhouse brand. That's why their cost is lower. Any mainstream brand like Petronas, Shell, Castro will be expensive.

one of the pin is weared and have tok tok sound when brake (especially at low speed)....called subaru cheras and was told need RM6xx order from Japan...
Anyone have better suggestion to get the pin?

I'm doing 40km return trip. 50% highway 50% LDP traffic crawl.

So far fuel tank lasts for maybe 450km? estimate that would be it if I use my fuel until almost empty.

When going on highways the fuel economy becomes better. I can go from KL to Kuantan and back in one tank. Going down to JB takes a bit more than half tank.

How did you find out about bearing issue? I need to learn about abnormal noises to look out for. Mine's a young car of a few months only so fingers crossed i dont see any problem soon.

Hi guys. I’m new to this thread. I had a XV2.0i-P HQ4 about one year already. Like the car so far. The only downside is the sound system doesn’t give enough punch for me. Lack of bass and some sound detail. Cannot customise EQ as well.

Anyone tried to retain the stock HU and change speakers only to gain better speaker performance? If so which speaker model you recommend?

If changing speaker itself is not enough maybe need to add an amp? From western country forum they all recommend start changing the front to 6x9 speakers. Any recommendations from local guys? 😆
