see if the water vapor gone after few days then after driving in rain try check again, some said is normal for new car while i dont have this problem, but my rear light got water vapor instead :sweat; now the vapor seems to be gone since i'm not always driving under rain
same issue with RVM but mine happened at at night driving at around 120-130 km/h, it just every few seconds it light up once

Mine also had water vapour within the headlights during first few weeks of ownership, but it didn't happen anymore after that. Seems like the rubber and seals need some "seasoning". Use the headlights more often to evaporate the vapours away.

If it persist, especially during or not too long after rain, you can snap a photo of it with a rainy day backdrop. I did that for my rear lights and claimed warranty for it successfully.
