Currently i'm new IT guy for my company. The issue is, our staff need to log on to some website.
But they receive some error as below:

Access to 60.51.222.105 denied. Request to port 86 are restricted.
If you belived access has been denied in error, please contact your IT staff to resolve this issue.

How do I allow this connection, or add exception. Our company using "trend micro interscan web security event". I'm not so familiar with this one.
