Hi guys, I'm planning to get A6400 with Sigma 30mm F1.4 / Sony 35 mm F1.8 / Sigma 16mm f/1.4 as my first camera. Would it be a good option as compared to A6500 or A7ii?This post has been edited by kenn723 : Mar 18 2019, 07:17 AM

Dear All, I wish to resume my hobby in photography. And also due to budget matters, i left these 2 camera in my wishlist. 1. Sony A7 (mark 1) 2. Sony A6300 Both are almost the same price for new unit. My heart told me to go for FF, but i worry this gem is too old with slow AF. However A6300 provides newer features. I usually shoot for food, portrait and scenery. Need some input from you guys. Thank you.

wan ask gx85 + 12-35 f2.8 vs a6500 + 18-105 f4, which one better for travel videos for food, night market, sceneries and some vlogs.

portability i think its a tie since the focal length of the lenses are not apple to apple.
but the gx85 setup is indeed more portable plus the f2.8 and sharper lens and photo stacking of the gx85.
but like i said its a matter of preference and its a tough choice and you cant go wrong with the a6500 either.
