Driver of the day - Lewis Hamilton. No doubt about that

Most improved team - BMW Sauber

Most dissapointing team - Toss up between Renault and Honda, but at
least Fisico gets the point. Thus it's Honda

most Dissapointing Driver - Jenson Button, with Massa close behind

Most weird scene of the day - Martin and James arguing is it 'Kubicka' or 'Kubisa'

Near Death Moment - DC getting his car just inches from Wurz's head
*
how can massa be dissapointing? he was last to 6th

and as wurz, i thought his head would have gone off shocking.gif

With a car that fast, he could have been higher. But yet even towards the end of his first stint (before his first stop) where technically he should be as fast as Kimi, he was 2 seconds off the pace.
*
button was butting ppl slow la
and besides he couldnt get too close to other cars as need to cool the car as well

he could have done a splash and dash at the end

hmmm....well FIA might bend the rules...i remember last year one car didnt put in a qualifying lap ....still didnt get penalty..just a warning..same here

but knowing everyone, when Ferrari gets away with it, we bribed ppl
when others get away with it, its fair and square

Alonso was not extremely lucky. His strategy favoured him.

if sato didnt take away the second away from hamilton, might be different story
anyway one man lucky sure another unlucky

Wrong. Lewis would have been nearer but Alonso would still be in front of him. he had 2 laps more fuel and he was pegging lewis all the time. Also Ron Dennis himself confirmed it after the race
*
ok closer..but doesnt mean hamitlon would not have had a chance when his tyres up to temperature ma..dont u think?

Boy do some ppl like to talk without facts.
Even if Sato wasn't there it wouldn't have made a difference. If i need to explain this then u clearly haven't got to grips with how pit strategies work.
*
dude, i said that hamilton might have had a better chance. i didnt say hamitlon will be infront of alonso

u said "different story"
Sure he might have a better chance and be alot closer but that would be the same story wouldn't it tongue.gif
*
better chance to overtake him doesnt mean WOULD HAVE overtaken him.

I actually thought Kimi would win this race as Ferrari has clearly the faster car currently. But the gap is not as exaggerated as one would think. I think it's about 0.2-0.3s btw us and the Ferrari.
*
still need to wait on reliability issues too sweat.gif
i dunno la..everytime see kimi also heart attack. i hope its not his style of driving that causing us all the problems
doh.gif

if so...56 million down the drain lo...

but hamilton looks decent to say the least

Decent is an understatement. He was on pace with a double world champion in his first race which says it all really notworthy.gif
