Davidson is in Hospital after the race

it was TESTING!!! what do expect with TESTING! u cant use that as a barometer can u?

the reason why i say it's just one race because of my opinion of massa. though it may not be the same or it may not be fair to compare the two as one was a rookie and one was not. last season, when i first saw massa, i was like OMG, this guy is gonna cause ferrari a title...but now, among the quickest in the sport? time changes everything -forgot which singer tongue.gif

Every team have been doing the same thing la...u can't have 2 drivers coming into the pitlane at the same time so normally the strategy favors one over the other. Noone has been accusing Ferrari of that in the first place. Team orders are a totally different matter.
*
team orders are still there.but no more Let Micheal through
its more like X is faster than YOU and the "YOU" will let X through

Watching the same race I do saw that while Fernando have 2 laps more fuel after the second stop, he was no more than 3~5 seconds down the road from Lewis. That was significant enought as 5 seconds is the margin needed to leap ahead if you are more heavily fuelled. Sato was not an issue. yes, he comprimised Lewis, but in the end, lewis will be closer, not in front of fernando after the stop.
You need luck, and experience in F1.

Needless to say Ferrari still is weird in letting their team Radio being broadcasted. The line 'And remember, this communication will be broadcasted live' uttered by the race engineer was shocking to me. If you want it to be broadcast, just broadcast it. no need to sugarcoat it. The reason team radio being broadcast is
- checking for team orders (heh, like they will let the out so easily)
- give viewers the chance to hear the hectic race startegy on the fly
- Uncensored driver comments (try searching for Juan Pablo's when he was at Williams. that should be good)
*
all teams have to let FIA check their communication but ferrari didnt sign with F1 ITV thats why cant on air last season ma, not meh?

Nonsense. Schumacher likes to know what's happening all around him all the time. How many times does he ends up being WC?
And on the Ferrari car issue, teams have legit reason to complain can complain. Liek when Ferrari complained of McLaren's brake cooler in 98' or McLaren's 3rd braking system also in teh same year. Both are legal and yet was banned... interesting isn't it?
*
concur but if i may ask..whats with the pitboard? its not like they can see it can they? unless info is down then no choice but otherwise, whats with pitboards

Added on March 20, 2007, 7:59 pmon a sidenote, i'll be damned if kimi has reliabiliy issues at ferrari

You're telling me that he's so specific about the details even during race time? And I do mean really specific details. As in on which precise lap his closest competitor last pitted, compared to his...or exactly how many seconds the fuel filler was attached to his opponent's car, type of tyres that went on the car...or even each sector time comparison between his and the opponent?

if you say that he does take in those info...then fine, I'm wrong. whistling.gif
*
dont be silly. there are info that cant be put up on boards and there are info that can. for those that cant, radio

Why would it be almost impossible? There are more years that drivers have driven without TC than those with TC. Are you saying that the likes of Fangio, Mansell, Senna, Prost, etc are gods?? tongue.gif
*
well i think TC kinda puts talent in the backseat. though more dangerous, i would honestly prefer if TC was banned
