How to add our own plugins?

Hi, i have started a blog with blogsentral.com
I want to add my own plugins, and also some google adsense ads in the blog, but i can't seem to find anyway to add plugins. The only way is to upload into wp-contents folder but obviously i do no have access for that because i am not the site owner. Please help. Thanks   |

I don't think blogsentral allow google adsense.
plugin is pre-installed only. you cannot install own plugins.but u can request. |
