Depending on the OIM / Company Man / CSR, they can impose extra precaution like tape over your flash (in case you forget to turn it off), wear a vest of special color (only those wearing that vest is able to take pics, for easy identification by others in the platform).

Posting on social media is not encouraged, but it is somehow widely done. My biggest concern for social media (and why i prefer a social media blackout) is incase any emergencies / accidents, it's not good for photos to spread without proper explanation of the context. Imagine families seeing it on social media before any news from the company.

yes that's true but its getting more rare these days. However when i mentioned social media people can still post using their laptops and tablets.

it is best to find out the market rate at that location. Direct conversion will not work because you have to consider many things such as taxes, benefits provided to you, etc
